10 years of wrists, arms and shoulder pain. Diagnosed as Repetitive Strain Injury ,and, more recently Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. ( Waited 2 and a half years on the waiting list for tests to confirm CTS) . Spent years on medication .. Diclofenac and Cocodamol. .. Now 3 months since CTS diagnosis and was still waiting to return to the hospital to receive the night splints for her wrists that were recommended!
Following one session of KCR: “I Now Have No Pain In My Hands or Arms at all! I have cancelled my appointment for my night splints!”
Follow up 3 months later with Helen showed no recurrence of her symptoms.
